I had sourced for another company to compare services and selected … More J&K based on the materials they use, which was Devco by Sika AG, a Swiss company. Its great to see the repair process listed out in detail and the material used, which others don’t include. Rashel and his team diligently pressure washed the entire moldy RC and roof, then sealed every tile and before spray painting it beautifully. The crew then took time to sealed all existing cracks along the RC wall, applied waterproofing membrane and painted many coats waterproof paint. It was real tough on the team to work through the scorching heat while fasting but it didn’t dampen their work ethics. The crew were polite and professional, finishing the job within a week. A neighbour was impressed that they hired J&K to fix their leaking roof as well! Now my roof is ready for any sudden high volume downpour. Thanks Kevin & team!

I was having a termite infestation problem in my roof and was advised by pest control company to engage a roofing specialist to assess the roof integrity prior to treatment. After an extensive search online, I decided to contact J&K … More after reading the multiple positive reviews.
1) Speed of response:
I was pleasantly surprised when Kevin replied to my WhatsApp query almost instantaneously, along with a proposed date and time for a site survey within the same week. This was much appreciated, given the fact that my family’s safety is a top concern due to structural damages from termites, and that an inspection could be scheduled so quickly despite it being less than a week before CNY.
2) Professionalism & Honesty:
Kevin turned up with his team on the scheduled date punctually and conducted the inspection efficiently. He was able to propose a solution on site, and had the quotation prepared and sent to me before the end of the day. Even though I was mentally prepared for a total re-roofing job, Kevin was honest to inform me that a repair and reinforcement job would suffice. He also identified the urgency for the repairs to be carried out and proposed to commence work the following week immediately after CNY holidays.
3) Efficiency and Flexibility:
As the roof repair job required coordination with pest control company for treatment, Kevin maintained communication with me up until CNY eve to schedule for new timber to be delivered earlier for additional treatment by pest control company (even though the new timber were already anti-termite). He also accommodated to my request to have additional holes cut into my false ceiling for roof access by pest control technicians to treat the existing structure. In all, the J&K team managed to complete my roof repair job within 4 days from commencement. From site survey to job completion, the whole process took 2+ weeks including weekends and CNY holidays, and disruptions to my family’s daily activities were kept to a minimal.
4) Quality and Assurance:
Following the completion of their job scope, J&K even patched up the temporary access holes and other cracks in my false ceilings and repainted my ceiling. Their workmanship was impeccable, and service quality was top notch. Adding icing to the cake was the lengthy warranty that came with the repair work, providing my family with a greater peace of mind.

We engaged his services to waterproof our roof and also painting for the exterior of our house and also paint all the ceiling in the house. The workers are very punctual and will do their area of work independently. They are also very respectful whenever they need to come into the house to use the washroom.
Before they leave every day, they will make sure they keep the equipment and paint properly and inform us when they leave.

Due to my many concerns from this bad experience I had many technical related questions for Kevin, however he was very patient to answer all of my questions prior to the commencement of the roof repairs.
