First of all, when I asked for a quotation, his attitude was very professional and polite. We decided to go with this company as it was well-rated and … More also provides a 3-year warranty which is longer than another company we checked out.
We were glad we made this decision. The works were completed in 1 day! The workers were able to achieve this as there was no rain. The service was also good and the roof looks much better now.
Also, we were happy to deal with workers who were proficient and humble.
I asked for the quote on a Tuesday, got it on Wednesday, and works started and completed on Friday!

Aminur explained all the details of the work very clearly and addressed our concerns whenever we had any. He and his team were very professional throughout the works they carried out, and efficient as well.
They also helped to paint areas even though it wasn't part of their job scope, and this shows professionalism and a customer-centered approach to their work.
The quality of the work done looks solid, and we will monitor how the roof withstands upcoming heavy rain. By the sound of what they did, and how they did it, I'm confident that they have rectified the situation.

We chose J&K due to the professionalism and sincerity of Kevin. We had our roof thoroughly cleaned, repaired, waterproofed and painted. All these took about 6-7 days to complete. Kevin responded to my request promptly and came with his supervisor, to access the leaking roof situation quite immediately. With their expertise, they recommended re-sealing and water proofing the entire roof and gutters. The roof repair … More was carried out over several days, with few short breaks in between due to recent rainy weather. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and they practiced safety while carrying out the repair. They did a marvellous job on my roof ( as you can from the before and after photos) and I am very pleased and satisfied with the finishing.
Shortly after the repair was completed, heavy rain came at wee morning hours and lasted for a while. The roof held up great ! With a strong roof above my crown, me and my family are now able to sleep restfully at night.
Overall, Kevin and his good team delivered reliable and high quality work as they had committed. -

Prep work was properly done and quickly rectified when my neighbor requested for better protection of his roof. This allowed the job to be carried out smoothly.
The workers were friendly and punctual. They also helped to touch up some wall cracks and install bird spikes that I bought which was not part of the job scope.
Due to the rainy weather, the job was completed later than planned but that was beyond control. I would say the repair was done to my satisfaction.
On the whole, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Kevin and his team. It made me realise that roof repair is not as daunting as what I have imagined. -
Kevin and his men provided professional roof repairs for my 40 year old tiled roof on top of my house. The job was very professionally carried out and so far it has withstood a couple of heavy rains.
1 year prior to engaging J&K another … More company had repaired my roof but did a botched job and was leaking again a year later. Due to my many concerns from this bad experience I had many technical related questions for Kevin, however he was very patient to answer all of my questions prior to the commencement of the roof repairs.
The end results of the repairs look good. However I will keep a look out to ensure that there are no more leaks and maybe follow up on another review at a later date. -

Overall, it was a fast but not rushed job. Inspection of site happened the next day after request was made. Kevin was detailed in explaining the work to be done. On each working day, at least 2 workers were on the job until the whole project was complete. Damaged portions of the ceiling were replaced and the workmanship was excellent.
The workers didn’t work when it was about to rain, because they knew the water proofing would be ruined. Very professional and trustworthy. They worked fast but not rushed through it and produced sloppy work. At the end of the project, Kevin sent me pre and post repair pictures of the roof to show what was done. They even touched up and water proofed the ventilation pipe on the roof on their own initiative!! I strongly recommend this company to anyone who’s having a headache because of their leaky roof. This also include painstaking checks on my waterproofing over time through heavy rain spells to see if the roof holds up. They also did a good waterproofing job in one of my toilets. The touch up that followed restored my house to immaculate new condition. Best of all, Kevin has a pleasant disposition and is very approachable. We engaged J&K to waterproof our roofs that were leaking in several spots. Kevin and his team were very prompt, careful, diligent and complete in the way they carried out their work. They also cleared some vegetation from the gutter … More and fixed it. It was all very well done, from outside to inside making good the ceilings affected. And we added some exterior painting. They did a good job in painting as well. The entire process took 8 days. The roofs look new. Pleasant experience. I would recommend J&K to anyone who needs help with their roof.
